Spring Break

For Brent’s Spring break he had 1 week off, so we decided to head down south to spend a week just relaxing and for Brent to finally be able to spend some time with his family since he has been so busy with school!  (sorry for the overload of pics!)

 

This was the view from our hotel! :)  We could hear the waves with our patio door open!

We got to see Brent’s brother and his family who happened to be down there the same time as us!

For my birthday we decided to go to Disneyland!  colby had a blast!  In fact he had so much fun he skipped his nap and crashed at 6:30!!

Okay…this is funny, look at the picture with Woody.  Does it bring back any memories?  I guess Santa and Buzz must have something in common!  Or at least Colby thinks so!!  When I walked towards Woody Colby started to get really nervous! Ha.

This was my birthday cake…haha a Mickey Mouse ice cream, my FAV! :)

This is funny, Brent and I always joke because Colby will rarely ever fall asleep on our shoulder like this!  And this is right about the time Colby crashed for the night…on Brent’s shoulder!  I was jealous, so Brent handed him off to me for some shoulder cuddles too!

AND…we found a Cafe Rio only 10 minutes away from our hotel!!  So we headed there a few times just because we love it so much…and look who else was pigging out!!!!

It was SO nice to sit and relax by the beach every day!

Colby LOVED the sand!

Allie, Lee and Zac came down for a few days at the end of the week.  They had matching swim tops!  They were so cute together and entertained themselves!!

This guy loves to vacation…just like his mommy!

Brent and Lee built a sand castle!  It was basically just a pile of sand!

Too bad every vacation has to end! :(  But luckily, we had a great time with lots of memories made!!
