I guess it’s time for my semi-annual blog post! :) We participated in the “Amazing Date,” which was put on my a girl named Tiffany in Danville! It is just like the Amazing race, where we had to complete challenges and figure out clues while racing against 22 other teams! We had the best time and will never forget this night! And the best part is, we are all still friends after!! :) (haha)
The race started at Club Sport where Brent jumped in the pool to find a key that went to a locker in the women’s locker room! I stuck that key into a million holes until we found our next clue! We then had to play dodgeball, learn a zumba dance (which I am TERRIBLE at!) have a water balloon toss, race in hamster balls, bowl, unscramble words, play the marriage game, thank the fireman and best of all Anjuli is our MVP for eating the “fear factor challenge” (yuck!!)

Above was the leveling out of all the teams. This was a really hard challenge where we had to figure out what a paragraph was saying by following the patterns. Luckily we left here in second place! But, apparently we cannot seem to bowl 3 strikes in a row so we got passed up and ended up in third! BUT, next year we know what to expect and will come back even more prepared and ready to win!! :)
